Insurance: Please note that I am not an in-network provider with any insurance companies. However, upon request I can provide a coded invoice (or “superbill”) which you may be able to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement using out-of-network benefits, if you have them. Be aware that insurance may not reimburse for some services/diagnoses and will likely reimburse only a portion of what you pay.

Good Faith Estimate/No Surprises Act: Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage, are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges for health care services.

You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during treatment. The “Good Faith Estimate” is an estimate of the total costs of the annual overall care.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
